Future Platform Communications

Peach Suite Pro is being developed as a multi-tenant software platform for independent spas, salons, estheticians, and other service-based businesses. When Peach Suite Pro is made available to third-party businesses, SMS and email communications will be sent on behalf of the participating business with whom the recipient has a relationship and has provided appropriate consent. Each participating business will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the required customer consent in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and platform policies.

SMS POLICY FOR FUTRUE BUSINESS USERS

SMS Platform Access and Future Business User Requirements

Peach Suite Pro is committed to maintaining the highest standards of SMS compliance and consumer protection. SMS messaging capabilities are disabled by default for all future business users and cannot be activated until the business has successfully completed all required compliance verification.

Prior to enabling SMS functionality, each business must provide documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, evidence of an approved U.S. A2P 10DLC campaign (or other applicable messaging registration), copies of its SMS Consent Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, documented opt-in procedures, sample message content, and any additional supporting documentation requested by Just Peachy Data.

Each participating business is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consumer consent before transmitting SMS messages through Peach Suite Pro. Just Peachy Data reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke SMS access for any business that fails to satisfy these requirements or that violates applicable laws, carrier policies, industry standards, or platform communication policies.

No business user may transmit SMS messages through Peach Suite Pro until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved by Just Peachy Data and SMS functionality has been expressly activated for that account.

To receive SMS messages from Just Peachy Data or Peach Suite Pro during internal testing, a participant must:

Consent records should be retained in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and business record retention policies.

Future users of Peach Suite Pro must agree and post the following:

Peach Suite Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate messaging services for any user or business found to be in violation of applicable messaging laws, carrier regulations, anti-spam requirements, or platform communication policies.
